Writing the AIDS Generation

Writing the AIDS Generation

A FREE 10-week creative writing class for gay men who lived through the first decade of the pandemic, and those interested in writing about the era. We’ll read master works by gay writers and writers with HIV/AIDS, examine images & contemporary reports from the era to inspire our own creative writing, and practice elements of writing craft in essay, poetry, and fiction.

Mondays 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
April 1 – June 10, 2019 (except Memorial Day)
Quatrefoil Library, 1220 East Lake Street, Minneapolis
